1. Product Overview

3. Setup

3.1 Physical Installation

Place the camera on a flat, stable surface such as a tabletop. Ensure it is positioned to cover the desired monitoring area. The camera is designed for indoor use only.

3.2 Power Connection

  1. Connect the power adapter to the camera's power connector.
  2. Plug the power adapter into a wall outlet.

4. Operating the Camera

4.1 Pan, Tilt, and Zoom Control

Use the mydlink app to remotely control the camera's pan (horizontal) and tilt (vertical) movements. This allows you to view different areas of a room. The app also provides a panoramic view selection for precise targeting.

4.6 Video Recording Options

  • Local Recording: Insert a microSD card (up to 256GB, not included) into the camera's microSD card slot for local storage of recordings.

5. Maintenance

6. Troubleshooting

6.1 Connectivity Issues

  • No Connection: Ensure the camera is powered on and within range of your Wi-Fi router. Check your Wi-Fi network status.
  • Weak Signal: If the video feed is choppy or frequently disconnects, try moving the camera closer to your Wi-Fi router or reducing interference from other devices.

6.2 Camera Not Responding

  • Restart: Unplug the power adapter from the camera, wait 10 seconds, and then plug it back in.
