1. Product Overview

2. Setup Instructions

Follow these steps to set up your Christmas tree securely in the Krinner Tree Genie M stand:

1. Prepare the Tree: Ensure the tree trunk is cut straight and clean at the bottom. Remove any lower branches that might interfere with the stand's clamping mechanism. The trunk diameter should not exceed 5 inches.
2. Position the Stand: Place the Krinner Tree Genie M stand in your desired location, ensuring it is on a flat, stable surface.
3. Insert the Tree: Carefully lift the tree and insert its trunk into the center of the stand. Guide the trunk onto the metal spike at the bottom of the reservoir. Ensure the tree is as upright as possible.
4. Secure the Tree: While holding the tree upright, repeatedly press the foot pedal down with your foot. The internal claws will tighten around the tree trunk via the single-cable system. Continue pressing until you hear an audible "DING" sound, indicating the tree is securely clamped.

5. Lock the Pedal: Once the tree is secure, slide the red safety lock button on the foot pedal to the "locked" position to prevent accidental release.
6. Add Water: Fill the water reservoir with fresh water. The water level indicator will rise as you fill it, showing the maximum water level. The reservoir holds up to 1.2 gallons (4.5 liters).

3. Operating Instructions

• Watering: Regularly check the water level indicator. When it drops, refill the reservoir with fresh water to ensure your tree remains hydrated and fresh.
• Stability Check: Periodically check the tree's stability. If it feels loose, ensure the foot pedal is locked. If necessary, unlock the pedal, press it a few more times until it "DINGS" again, and then re-lock it.
• Relocating the Tree: If you need to move the tree, ensure the foot pedal is locked before attempting to move the stand and tree together. For significant moves, it is recommended to release the tree, move the stand, and then re-secure the tree.

• Cleaning: After the holiday season, empty any remaining water from the reservoir. Clean the stand with mild soap and water. Rinse thoroughly and allow it to air dry completely before storage.
