5.3 Automatic Operation Logic

In automatic mode, the air purifier intelligently adjusts its power based on the detected level of air pollution:

  • High Pollution: If the air quality sensor detects significant pollution, the unit will operate in Strong mode to rapidly purify the air.
  • Moderate Pollution: For typical levels of dust or when particles are stirred up (e.g., during movement), the unit will operate in Standard mode.
  • Low Pollution: When the air is relatively clean, the unit will switch to Silent mode to maintain air quality with minimal power consumption and noise.

6. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your air purifier.

6.1 Filter Cleaning and Replacement

The unit will indicate when it's time for cleaning or filter replacement. The general guidelines are:

  • Pre-filter: Clean regularly (e.g., once a month) by vacuuming or washing with water. Ensure it is completely dry before re-installing.
  • Activated Carbon Filter & HEPA Filter: These filters are not washable and should be replaced when the indicator light illuminates, or approximately every 2 years, depending on usage and air quality.

To replace filters:

  1. Unplug the air purifier from the power outlet.
  2. Open the filter cover.
  3. Remove the old filters.
  4. Insert new filters, ensuring correct orientation and secure placement.
  5. Close the filter cover and plug the unit back in.
  6. Reset the filter replacement indicator (refer to the control panel instructions for your specific model).

  • Unit does not turn on:
    • Check if the power cord is securely plugged into the outlet.
    • Ensure the power outlet is functioning.
  • Weak airflow or poor purification:
    • Check if the filters are dirty and require cleaning or replacement.
    • Ensure there are no obstructions to the air intake or outlet.
    • Verify that the unit is not in Silent mode when stronger purification is needed.
  • Unusual noise:
    • Check if any foreign objects are caught in the fan or vents.
    • Ensure the unit is placed on a stable, flat surface.
    • If the noise persists, contact customer support.
  • PM2.5 display shows high readings even after purification:
    • The sensor might be dirty. Gently clean the sensor area (refer to the detailed manual for location).
    • Ensure the room is adequately sealed from external pollution sources.
