Introduction

The Razer Leviathan is a versatile audio system designed to enhance your gaming, movie, and music experiences. It features 5.1 virtual surround sound for immersive audio and Bluetooth 4.0 with aptX technology for high-quality wireless music streaming. The system includes a dedicated subwoofer to deliver deep, powerful bass tones, providing a rich and dynamic sound profile.

Setup

1. Placement

Soundbar: Place the soundbar directly in front of your monitor or TV, ensuring it has a clear path to your listening position. You can use the included interchangeable feet to adjust the soundbar's angle for optimal sound projection.
Subwoofer: Position the subwoofer on the floor, ideally near a wall or in a corner to enhance bass response. Ensure it is within reach of the soundbar's connection cable.

2. Connections

Connect the subwoofer cable to the dedicated subwoofer output port on the soundbar.
Connect the power adapter to the soundbar's power input, then plug the power cable into a wall outlet.
Choose your audio input:
- Optical: For digital audio from your TV, PC, or console, connect the optical cable from your device's optical output to the soundbar's optical input.
- Auxiliary (3.5mm): For analog audio from devices like smartphones or MP3 players, connect the 3.5mm auxiliary cable from your device's headphone jack to the soundbar's AUX input.
- Bluetooth: For wireless audio, ensure no other cables are connected, or select Bluetooth mode on the soundbar.

Operating Instructions

Powering On/Off

Press the Power button on the soundbar to turn it on or off.

Volume Control

Use the Volume Up (+) and Volume Down (-) buttons on the soundbar to adjust the master volume.
To adjust subwoofer bass level: Press and hold the Dolby Surround button, then use the Volume Up (+) or Volume Down (-) buttons.

Input Source Selection

Press the Source button to cycle through available input sources: Optical, Auxiliary, and Bluetooth.

Bluetooth Pairing

Press the Source button until the Bluetooth indicator lights up.
On your mobile device, enable Bluetooth and search for "Razer Leviathan".
Select "Razer Leviathan" to pair. Once paired, the indicator light will turn solid.
For NFC pairing, tap your NFC-enabled device to the NFC tag on the soundbar.

Audio Modes (EQ Presets)

The Razer Leviathan features three optimized equalizer (EQ) presets:

Game Mode: Optimized for gaming audio, enhancing in-game sounds and dialogue.
Music Mode: Balanced audio profile for music playback.
Movie Mode: Enhanced for cinematic experiences, providing richer soundscapes.

Press the EQ button to cycle through these modes. The corresponding indicator light will illuminate.

Dolby Surround Sound

Press the Dolby Surround button to enable or disable the 5.1 virtual surround sound feature. When active, the Dolby indicator light will be on.

Maintenance

Keep the soundbar and subwoofer clean by wiping them with a soft, dry cloth.
Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents.
Ensure proper ventilation around the units to prevent overheating.
Do not expose the device to excessive moisture or extreme temperatures.

Troubleshooting

Problem	Possible Solution
No sound from the soundbar.	Ensure the soundbar is powered on. Check all cable connections (power, audio input). Verify the correct input source is selected on the soundbar. Increase the volume on both the soundbar and the connected device.
Bluetooth pairing issues.	Ensure the soundbar is in Bluetooth pairing mode. Disable and re-enable Bluetooth on your device. Move your device closer to the soundbar (within 10 meters). Forget "Razer Leviathan" from your device's Bluetooth list and try pairing again.
Subwoofer not producing bass.	Check the subwoofer cable connection to the soundbar. Adjust the subwoofer bass level (hold Dolby Surround button, then use volume buttons). Ensure the subwoofer is powered on (if it has a separate power indicator).
Soundbar automatically turns off.	The soundbar may have an auto-off feature for inactivity. Some firmware updates have addressed this; check Razer's support website for the latest firmware.
