Setup
Before first use, ensure the clippers are fully charged.
- Unpacking: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Verify that all items listed in the "Package Contents" section are present.
- Initial Charge: Connect the charging base to a power outlet using the provided multi-plug adapter. Place the clippers onto the charging base. The LCD screen will indicate charging status. A full charge takes approximately 90 minutes.
- Blade Preparation: Before first use, apply 2 drops of the included mineral oil between the blade's teeth while the clippers are on and the blades’ teeth are facing downwards. This lubricates the blades for optimal performance.

Operating Instructions
The ARTERO X-Tron clippers can be operated both corded and cordless, powered by a lithium battery.
- Power On/Off: Press the power button to turn the clippers on or off.
- Adjusting Speed: Use the adjustable speed button to cycle through the 3 available speed settings: 5500 RPM, 6000 RPM, and 6500 RPM. The current RPM will be displayed on the informative LCD screen.
- Adjusting Blade Height: The standard blade features two cutting positions: 1mm and 1.9mm. Use the sliding button on the clipper body to change the blade height.
- Attaching Comb Attachments: For longer cutting lengths, attach one of the included comb attachments (3/6/9/12mm). Ensure the comb is securely fastened before use.
- Usage: Guide the clippers smoothly through the hair, ensuring even pressure. The lightweight design (185g) and compact dimensions (160 x 30 x 35mm) provide comfortable handling.
- Battery Life: The lithium battery provides a run time of up to 150 minutes at 5500 RPM, 135 minutes at 6000 RPM, and 120 minutes at 6500 RPM on a full charge. Monitor the battery level on the LCD screen.

Maintenance
Proper maintenance is crucial for prolonging the life and performance of your ARTERO X-Tron clippers.
- Cleaning: After each use, turn off the clippers and use the provided cleaning brush to remove any hair from the blades and clipper body.
- Oiling Blades: With the clippers on and blades facing downwards, apply 2 drops of mineral oil between the blade's teeth. This lubricates and cools the blades.
- Disinfection (Professional Use): For professional use, apply Artero Oil Fresh spray (ref. Y447) between each client's appointment. This spray acts as a disinfectant, coolant, lubricant, cleanser, and anti-oxidant. It can be used as many times as required during one client’s appointment.
- Storage: Once cleaned, store the clippers in a safe place to prevent damage.
