3. Setup

3.1 Unpacking and Placement

4.1 Basic Printing

5. Maintenance

5.1 Cleaning the Device

Regular cleaning helps maintain print quality and device longevity. Power off and unplug the device before cleaning. Use a soft, lint-free cloth to wipe the exterior. For the scanner glass, use a glass cleaner applied to the cloth, not directly to the glass.

5.2 Replacing Toner Cartridge

When the toner low warning appears, prepare a new toner cartridge. Open the front cover, remove the old cartridge by pulling it out, and insert the new one until it clicks into place. Close the cover.

5.3 Clearing Paper Jams

If a paper jam occurs, the control panel will display an error message indicating the jam location. Carefully open the specified covers and gently pull out the jammed paper in the direction of the paper path. Ensure all torn pieces are removed. Close all covers firmly.
