Setup and Installation

1. Prepare Vehicle: Ensure the rear cargo area of your Jeep Wrangler JKU is clear of obstructions. It is recommended to remove any existing cargo mats or liners temporarily.
2. Assemble Rack Frame: Connect the aluminum tray sections to the steel support brackets using the provided hardware. Refer to Figure 2 for an example of the assembled rack components. Ensure all bolts are finger-tight at this stage.

5. Final Tightening: Once the rack is properly aligned and all mounting points are engaged, progressively tighten all bolts and U-bolts. Ensure the rack is stable and does not wobble.
6. Visual Confirmation: Inspect the installed rack to confirm it is level and securely fastened. Refer to Figure 4 and Figure 5 for examples of a correctly installed rack.
