Setup and Installation

The Elero Roltop M10 drive is designed for installation within a roller shutter shaft. Ensure the shaft diameter is at least 50 mm. The drive comes with an adapter kit for SW60 shafts.

Installation Steps:

  1. Preparation: Ensure power is disconnected. Prepare the roller shutter shaft and ensure it is clean and free of obstructions.
  2. Adapter Mounting: Attach the appropriate adapters from the SW60 kit to the drive head.
  3. Drive Insertion: Carefully insert the tubular drive into the roller shutter shaft. Ensure it is securely seated and aligned.
  4. Wiring: Connect the 2-meter plug-in connection cable to the drive. Route the cable safely to the power supply, ensuring it is not pinched or damaged. Parallel wiring is possible.
  5. Mounting: Secure the drive within the shaft assembly. The drive is suitable for both left and right-hand mounting.
  6. Power Connection: Connect the drive to the main power supply (230 Volts) via a suitable switch or control unit.

End Position Adjustment:

For Elero RevoLine drives with mechatronic limit switches, the end positions can be set using a mounting cable. The drive features intelligent force measurement and a quiet soft brake (up to 20 Nm).

Operating Instructions
