3. Setup

- Immerse the blender shaft or whisk into the ingredients, ensuring the blades are fully submerged before starting. For the food processor, ensure the lid is securely locked.
- Press and hold the power button to start the appliance.
- Adjust the speed using the step-less variable speed control dial on the top of the motor unit. Rotate clockwise for higher speed, counter-clockwise for lower speed.
- Move the immersion blender gently up and down or in circular motions to ensure even blending.
- Once desired consistency is achieved, release the power button and unplug the appliance.
Note: Do not operate the blender continuously for more than 1 minute. Allow the appliance to cool down for several minutes between uses to prevent overheating.

- Store the cleaned and dried appliance and its accessories in a safe, dry place, preferably on the provided wall rack.
