4. Setup and Installation

5.1 Basic Operation

  1. Power On: Place an induction-compatible pot or pan centrally on the cooking surface. Press the ON/OFF button. The LED display will illuminate.
  2. Select Mode/Power:
    • Manual Mode: Press the Function button to cycle through power levels. Use the + and - buttons to adjust the power/temperature (8 levels available).
    • Pre-programmed Modes: Press the Function button repeatedly to select one of the 7 pre-programmed cooking modes (e.g., Fry, Stir-fry, Milk, Water, Rice, Roti, Curry). The cooktop will automatically adjust power and temperature for the selected mode.
  3. Set Timer: Press the Timer button. Use the + and - buttons to set the desired cooking time (up to 4 hours). For pre-setting a delayed start, refer to the full product manual for detailed instructions on the 24-hour pre-set timer function. The cooktop will automatically switch off once the cooking timer expires.
