Setup

Battery Installation

Your Life Gear 2-in-1 LED Flashlight requires 4 AA alkaline batteries for operation. These batteries are included with your purchase.

  1. Locate the battery compartment cover, typically found at the base or rear of the flashlight.
  2. Twist or slide the cover to open the compartment. Refer to the diagram below for assistance.
  3. Insert 4 AA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+ and -) as indicated inside the compartment.

Changing Lighting Modes

The flashlight features 7 distinct lighting modes. Press the power button repeatedly to cycle through the modes in the following sequence:

  1. Flashlight (80 Lumens): Provides a focused beam for directional lighting.
  2. Flashlight + Red Glow: Combines the focused beam with a red ambient glow from the body.
  3. Red Glow: Emits a steady red light from the body, useful for preserving night vision or as a low-intensity signal.
  4. Safety Flasher: A flashing red light for emergency signaling.
  5. 1 x LED AR-Tech Tube (50 Lumens): Activates one internal LED tube for a moderate area light.
  6. 2 x LED AR-Tech Tube (80 Lumens): Activates both internal LED tubes for a brighter 360-degree area light.
  7. Safety Flash (Automatic Water Activation): This mode automatically activates a flashing light when the device is placed in water, serving as an emergency beacon.

Maintenance

Battery Replacement
