Ensure your door meets the required specifications: door thickness between 1 1/4" and 1 7/8" (up to 2.25" with an extension kit, available from the manufacturer). The adjustable latch supports backset settings of 2 3/8" (60mm) or 2 3/4" (70mm).

3. Operating Instructions
Your MiLocks deadbolt offers convenient keyless access. Follow these instructions to program and use your lock.
3.1 Programming User Codes
The lock allows you to add up to 6 unique user passcodes. The backlit touchpad illuminates for easy code entry, especially in low-light conditions.

3.2 Locking and Unlocking
- To Lock: Press the lock button on the touchpad. The deadbolt will extend, and you will hear an audible tone.
- To Unlock: Enter your programmed user code followed by the unlock button. The deadbolt will retract, accompanied by an audible tone.
4. Maintenance
4.1 Battery Replacement
The lock operates on 4 AA batteries (not included). An audible low battery warning will sound when replacement is needed. Always use new, high-quality alkaline batteries for optimal performance.

4.2 Cleaning
