Setup

Follow these steps to set up your Numark NDX500 for optimal performance.

1. Power Connection

Connect the included power cable to the power input on the rear panel of the NDX500 and then to a suitable power outlet. Important: Before powering on, verify the voltage selector switch on the rear panel is set correctly for your region (115V 60Hz for North America, 230V 50Hz for Europe and other regions). Incorrect voltage selection can damage the unit.

2. Audio Connections

Use the supplied RCA audio cable to connect the NDX500's LINE OUT ports (Left and Right) to an available input on your DJ mixer or audio system.

3. USB Connection (for Software Control)

To use the NDX500 as a software controller or audio interface with your computer, connect the USB cable from the NDX500's USB port to an available USB port on your computer. Ensure any necessary drivers or software (e.g., Serato DJ) are installed on your computer.
