5.3 Adjusting Cold Water Temperature

The cold water temperature can be adjusted using the thermostat located on the back of the unit. Use a flathead screwdriver to turn the adjustment screw. Turning clockwise will make the water colder, while turning counter-clockwise will make it less cold. Adjust incrementally and test the temperature until desired.

7. Troubleshooting

ProblemPossible CauseSolution
No hot or cold water
  • Unit not plugged in.
  • Power switch (if present) is off.
  • Water bottle empty or not properly seated.
  • Hot/cold function switch is off.
  • Plug in the unit.
  • Turn on the power switch.
  • Replace water bottle or reseat it correctly.
  • Ensure hot/cold switches are in the ON position.
Water not hot enough / cold enough
  • Insufficient time for heating/cooling.
  • Hot/cold function switch is off.
  • Cold water thermostat needs adjustment.
  • Allow 15-20 minutes after plugging in.
  • Ensure hot/cold switches are in the ON position.
  • Adjust the cold water thermostat on the back of the unit.
Water leaking
  • Water bottle cracked or improperly seated.
  • Drain plug loose.
  • Check water bottle for cracks; reseat or replace.
  • Ensure drain plugs at the back are securely tightened.
