2. Product Overview

4. Setup
4.1 Placement
- Place the dispenser on a hard, level surface capable of supporting its weight when full.
- Ensure the dispenser is at least 4 inches (10 cm) away from a wall to allow for proper ventilation.
- Avoid placing the unit in direct sunlight or near heat-generating appliances.
4.2 Water Bottle Installation
- Clean the exterior of the water bottle.
- Remove the protective seal from the water bottle cap. Do not remove the cap itself if it's a non-spill type.
- Carefully lift the water bottle and place it onto the support collar on top of the dispenser. Ensure it is seated firmly.
- Water will begin to flow into the dispenser's reservoirs. Allow a few minutes for the reservoirs to fill completely.

4.3 Initial Flushing
- Before plugging in the unit, dispense at least 1 liter (approximately 4 cups) of water from both the hot and cold spouts to ensure air is purged from the system.
- Plug the dispenser into a grounded 120V AC outlet.
- Allow approximately 15-20 minutes for the hot and cold water to reach their optimal temperatures.
5. Operation
5.1 Dispensing Cold Water
- Place a cup or container under the cold water spout.
- Press the blue snowflake button (cold water dispenser) to release cold water.
- Release the button to stop the flow.
5.2 Dispensing Hot Water (with Child Safety Lock)
- Place a heat-resistant cup or container under the hot water spout.
- To dispense hot water, first slide the red child safety lock button to the side.
- While holding the safety lock, press the red hot water button (cup with steam icon) to release hot water.
- Release both buttons to stop the flow. The child safety lock will automatically reset.

5.3 Adjusting Cold Water Temperature
The cold water temperature can be adjusted using the thermostat located on the back of the unit. Use a flathead screwdriver to turn the adjustment screw. Turning clockwise will make the water colder, while turning counter-clockwise will make it less cold. Adjust incrementally and test the temperature until desired.
6. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity of your water dispenser.
6.1 Cleaning the Exterior
- Unplug the dispenser from the power outlet.
- Wipe the exterior surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. For stubborn stains, use a mild, non-abrasive cleaner.
- Dry thoroughly with a clean cloth.
6.2 Cleaning the Drip Tray
- The drip tray should be emptied and cleaned regularly to prevent overflow and bacterial growth.
- Remove the drip tray and grill from the dispenser.
- Wash with warm, soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and dry before reattaching.

6.3 Descaling (Recommended Annually)
- Unplug the dispenser and remove the water bottle.
- Drain all water from the hot and cold reservoirs using the drain plugs located at the back of the unit.
- Prepare a descaling solution (e.g., a mixture of white vinegar and water, or a commercial descaling agent following product instructions).
- Pour the solution into the top reservoir and let it sit for 30 minutes.
- Drain the solution completely.
- Rinse the reservoirs thoroughly by filling with clean water and draining several times until no vinegar smell remains.
