Setup and Assembly
Follow these steps to assemble your spray booth:
- Unfold the Booth: Carefully unfold the spray booth panels to form the main enclosure. Ensure all latches or clips are securely fastened to create a stable structure.
- Install Filter: Insert the 2-layer high-density fiberglass filter into the designated slot at the rear of the booth.
- Place Turntable: Position the revolving turntable on the base of the booth.
- Connect Exhaust Hose: Connect the exhaust hose to the fan unit at the back of the booth. Secure it firmly with the provided clamp.
- Ventilation: Extend the exhaust hose to a window or door gap and secure the end piece to direct fumes outdoors.
- Power Connection: Connect the 12V DC power adapter to the booth's power input and then plug it into a standard 110V AC electrical outlet.

Combining Multiple Units (Optional)
For larger projects, two Master Airbrush spray booth units can be combined side-by-side to create an expanded work area and enhance ventilation. Follow the individual assembly steps for each unit, then connect them using the integrated side clips or connectors if available.

Operating Instructions
- Power On: Press the power switch located on the fan unit to activate both the fan and the integrated LED lights.
- Position Item: Place your item to be painted or airbrushed on the revolving turntable inside the booth.
- Begin Work: Start your airbrushing or spray painting task. The fan will draw overspray and fumes through the fiberglass filter and out the exhaust hose.
- Post-Use Ventilation: After painting, allow the fan to run for a few additional minutes to ensure all remaining fumes are cleared from the booth and the immediate area.
- Power Off: Press the power switch again to turn off the unit.

Maintenance
Filter Replacement
The 2-layer high-density fiberglass filter is crucial for effective overspray capture. It should be regularly inspected and replaced when it becomes saturated with paint or significantly discolored to maintain optimal extraction efficiency.
- Disconnect the power adapter from the electrical outlet.
- Carefully remove the used filter from its slot at the rear of the booth.
- Dispose of the old filter according to local regulations for paint waste.
- Insert a new Master Airbrush replacement filter into the slot, ensuring it fits snugly.
Cleaning
Clean the interior surfaces of the booth with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners that may damage the plastic components. The revolving turntable can be removed and cleaned separately.
Troubleshooting
