Optimal placement of your system components is crucial for the best audio experience.

  2. Connect Control Console to TV: Use the supplied HDMI cable to connect the "HDMI OUT (TO TV)" port on the control console to an available HDMI ARC (Audio Return Channel) port on your television. If your TV does not have an HDMI ARC port, connect the HDMI cable to any available HDMI input on your TV and use an optical audio cable from your TV's optical output to the control console's optical input for audio.
  3. Connect Media Devices: Connect your cable box, Blu-ray player, gaming console, or other media devices to the HDMI inputs (CBL-SAT, BD-DVD, Game, AUX) on the control console.
  4. Power Connections: Connect the power cords to the soundbar, Acoustimass module, and control console, then plug them into active power outlets.

  1. Plug the ADAPTiQ headset into the "ADAPTiQ" port on the control console.
  2. Follow the on-screen instructions displayed on your television. You will be prompted to sit in various listening positions while the system plays a series of tones.
  3. Once calibration is complete, unplug the ADAPTiQ headset.
