3.1 Unpacking and Inspection

  • Carefully remove all components from the packaging.

  • Note: Minor hydraulic oil residue or staining on packaging may occur during shipping. This is normal and does not necessarily indicate a defect or leak.

3.2 Assembly Steps

  1. Attach the operating handle to the lift mechanism. Secure it firmly with the provided hardware.

  3. Hydraulic System Preparation:

    • To bleed the system, repeatedly pump the foot pedal to its maximum height, then open the release valve to lower it completely. Repeat this process several times until the lift operates smoothly without hesitation.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Lifting a Vehicle

  1. Position the Lift: Place the lift on a firm, level surface directly under the vehicle's frame or designated lifting points. Ensure the vehicle is stable and balanced on the lift platform.
  2. Secure the Vehicle: Use appropriate tie-down straps (not included) through the integrated strap loops on the lift to secure the motorcycle or ATV. This prevents accidental movement or tipping.
  3. Raise the Lift: Ensure the release valve is fully closed. Press the foot pedal repeatedly to raise the lift. Observe the vehicle as it rises to ensure stability and proper balance.
  4. Engage Safety Locks: Once the desired working height is reached, engage the safety lock stops. The lift has multiple lock stops at approximately 9.25, 12.5, and 15 inches. Ensure the locks are fully engaged before performing any work under the vehicle.
