5. Setup and Assembly

Follow these steps to assemble your juicer before first use:

  1. Place the motor base on a stable, flat surface.
  2. Align the juicing bowl with the motor base and rotate it clockwise until it locks into place.
  3. Insert the juicing screen into the juicing bowl, ensuring it sits securely.
  4. Place the auger into the center of the juicing screen, pressing down and rotating slightly until it drops into position.
  5. Attach the hopper/feed chute assembly onto the juicing bowl, aligning the marks and twisting clockwise until it locks.
  6. Position the pulp container under the pulp ejection spout and the juice container under the juice spout.
  7. Ensure the power cord is unplugged until assembly is complete.

6. Operating Instructions

Preparation:

  • Wash all fruits and vegetables thoroughly.
  • Cut produce into pieces that fit easily into the feed chute. Remove large seeds, pits, and hard skins.
  • For leafy greens, roll them into a tight ball before feeding.

Juicing Process:

  1. Plug the juicer into a suitable electrical outlet (220 Volts).
  2. Turn the power switch to the 'ON' position.
  3. Slowly feed prepared produce into the feed chute. Use the food pusher only when necessary to guide ingredients, never force them.
  4. The juicer will automatically separate juice into the juice container and pulp into the pulp container.
  5. If the juicer becomes clogged or stops, switch to 'REVERSE' for a few seconds, then switch back to 'ON' to continue juicing.
  6. Once finished, turn the power switch to 'OFF' and unplug the appliance.

Note: The low-speed process prevents oxidation, allowing the juice to retain its nutrients and flavor for up to 72 hours when stored properly in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

7. Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and longevity of your juicer. Always unplug the juicer before cleaning.

Cleaning Steps:

  1. Disassemble the juicer by reversing the assembly steps.
  2. Rinse all removable parts (juicing bowl, auger, screen, hopper, containers, food pusher) under warm running water immediately after use. This prevents pulp from drying and sticking.
  3. Use the provided cleaning brush to remove any stubborn pulp from the juicing screen and other components. Pay special attention to the fine mesh of the screen.
  4. Wash all removable parts with mild dish soap and water.
  5. Rinse thoroughly and allow parts to air dry completely before reassembling or storing.
  6. Wipe the motor base with a damp cloth. Never immerse the motor base in water.

Product Care Instructions: Hand Wash Only. Do not place any parts in a dishwasher.
