Setup

Operating Instructions

- Taking a Temperature Reading:

- Once the reading is stable, remove the probe from the food.
- Using the Hold Function: If you need to record a reading, press the HOLD button while the probe is still in the food or immediately after removing it. The current temperature will be locked on the display. Press the HOLD button again to release the function and resume live temperature readings.
- Auto-Off Feature: To conserve battery life, the thermometer may feature an automatic shut-off after a period of inactivity.
