4. Setup and Installation

4.1 Pre-Installation Checks

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Starting the Engine

  1. Ensure the ATV is in neutral and the parking brake is engaged.

  • Oil Change: Change the engine oil after the first 20 hours of operation, and then every 50-100 hours or annually, whichever comes first. Use SF15W/40-SE lubrication model oil. The capacity is 900ml (0.20 Gallon).

6.2 Spark Plug

  • Inspection: Inspect the spark plug (Model: A7TC) every 100 hours or annually. Clean or replace if necessary.
  • Gap: Ensure the spark plug gap is set to the manufacturer's specification.

6.3 Air Filter

Clean or replace the air filter regularly, especially when operating in dusty conditions. A clogged air filter can reduce engine performance and lifespan.

6.4 Fuel System

Use unleaded gasoline with an octane rating of 87# or higher. Periodically check fuel lines for cracks or leaks.
