Components Checklist:

Assembly Steps:
- Prepare the Table Top: Place the stainless steel table top upside down on a non-abrasive, clean surface to prevent scratches.
- Attach Legs: Insert each of the four galvanized legs into the caster aluminum corner bracket supports located on the underside of the table top. Ensure they are fully seated.
- Install Undershelf: Slide the galvanized undershelf onto the legs. The undershelf's height is adjustable. Position it at your desired height.

Operating Guidelines
The GSW Commercial Stainless Steel Work Table is designed for various commercial and industrial applications, providing a durable and hygienic work surface.
Usage Recommendations:
- Load Distribution: Distribute weight evenly across the table top and undershelf to maintain stability and prevent warping. Avoid placing excessively heavy items on one side.
- Surface Protection: While the stainless steel top is durable, using cutting boards or protective mats is recommended when performing tasks that could scratch or damage the surface.
- Environment: This table is suitable for indoor commercial environments. While galvanized components offer some corrosion resistance, prolonged exposure to harsh outdoor elements is not recommended.
- Stability Check: Periodically check the tightness of all screws and the stability of the adjustable feet, especially after moving the table or placing heavy loads on it.
Maintenance and Care
Proper care and maintenance will extend the life and appearance of your GSW work table.
Cleaning Instructions:
- Stainless Steel Top: Clean daily with a soft cloth, warm water, and a mild detergent. For stubborn stains, use a non-abrasive stainless steel cleaner, always wiping in the direction of the grain. Avoid abrasive pads, steel wool, or harsh chemicals that can scratch or pit the surface.
- Galvanized Undershelf and Legs: Wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap. Dry thoroughly to prevent water spots or potential corrosion.
- Spills: Clean spills immediately to prevent staining, especially on the stainless steel surface.
General Care:
- Regularly inspect all connections and fasteners to ensure they remain tight.
- Keep the adjustable bullet feet clean and free of debris to ensure smooth adjustment and proper leveling.
Troubleshooting
This section addresses common issues you might encounter with your work table.
Table is Unstable or Wobbly:
- Check Leveling: Ensure the adjustable bullet feet are properly adjusted to compensate for uneven floor surfaces. Rotate each foot until the table is stable.
- Tighten Fasteners: Verify that all set screws securing the undershelf to the legs are tight. Also, ensure the legs are fully seated into the corner brackets.
- Floor Condition: Confirm that the floor surface beneath the table is stable and free of debris.
Scratches on Stainless Steel Top:
- Minor scratches are common with stainless steel over time. For light scratches, specialized stainless steel scratch removal kits may be used, following the product instructions carefully.
- To prevent future scratches, always use cutting boards or protective mats when working with sharp objects.
