1. Introduction

Welcome to Monopoly Turkey, the world's most beloved property trading game, now with a special Turkish version! This game allows players to establish their real estate empire across 22 cities in Turkey, chosen by votes from all over the country. Prepare for an exciting journey of buying, selling, and strategizing to become the wealthiest player.

2. Components

Before starting the game, ensure all the following components are present in your box:

• 1 Game Board
• 6 Player Pawns
• 60 Cards (Property Deed Cards, Chance Cards, Community Chest Cards)
• 32 Houses
• 12 Hotels
• 2 Dice
• 1 Pack of MONOPOLY Money
• 1 Game Guide (this manual)

3. Setup

1. Unfold the Game Board: Place the game board on a flat surface.
2. Separate the Cards: Separate the Chance cards and Community Chest cards. Shuffle each deck and place them face down on their designated spaces on the board.
3. Choose a Banker: One player is selected to be the Banker. The Banker is responsible for all the Bank's money, Property Deed cards, Houses, and Hotels until they are bought by players. The Banker may also play, but must keep their personal money separate from the Bank's.
4. Distribute Initial Money: The Banker gives each player 15,000 Monopoly Lira in the following denominations:
   • Two 5,000 Lira notes
   • Four 1,000 Lira notes
   • One 500 Lira note
   • One 200 Lira note
   • Two 100 Lira notes
   • One 50 Lira note
   • Five 10 Lira notes
5. Choose a Pawn: Each player selects one pawn and places it on the 'GO' space.
6. Determine Play Order: Each player rolls both dice. The player with the highest total starts the game. Play proceeds to the left.

4. How to Play (Operating)

The objective of Monopoly is to be the last player remaining with money, by driving opponents into bankruptcy through property purchases and rent collection. Players move around the board, buying and trading properties, and developing them with houses and hotels. When opponents land on owned properties, they pay rent to the owner.

Basic Gameplay

• On your turn, roll both dice and move your pawn clockwise around the board the number of spaces indicated.
• The action you take depends on the space you land on.
• If you land on an unowned property, you may buy it from the Bank for the price printed on that space. If you choose not to buy it, the Banker immediately auctions it to the highest bidder.
• If you land on an owned property, you must pay rent to the owner. The rent amount depends on whether the property is part of a color set and if it has houses or hotels.
• Landing on 'Chance' or 'Community Chest' spaces requires you to draw a card from the respective deck and follow its instructions.
• Passing 'GO' earns you 2,000 Lira from the Bank.
• Landing on 'Go to Jail' sends you directly to Jail. You cannot collect 2,000 Lira for passing 'GO' if sent to Jail.
• If you roll doubles, you take your turn as usual, then roll again. If you roll doubles three times in a row, you go directly to Jail.

Winning the Game

The game ends when only one player remains solvent. All other players who have gone bankrupt are out of the game.
