This manual will guide you through the setup, operation, and maintenance of your dash cam to ensure optimal performance.

The G1W-C model features a capacitor instead of a traditional battery, which offers superior heat resistance and longevity, making it ideal for various temperature conditions. It records in Full HD 1080P and includes features such as a G-Sensor, motion detection, and Wide Dynamic Range (WDR) technology for clear video quality.

2. Safety Information

  • Ensure the dash cam is securely mounted and does not obstruct your view of the road or interfere with vehicle controls.
  • Do not operate the dash cam or adjust settings while driving. Always pull over to a safe location before making any adjustments.

5. Setup

Follow these steps for initial setup of your dash cam:

5.1. Insert Micro SD Card

  1. Ensure the dash cam is powered off.
  2. Locate the Micro SD card slot on the side of the device.
  3. Insert a Class 10 Micro SD card (up to 32GB) into the slot until it clicks into place.

5.2. Attach Suction Mount

  1. Attach the suction mount to the top slot of the dash cam.
  2. Clean the desired area on your windshield.
  3. Press the suction cup firmly against the windshield and flip the lever to secure it. Ensure it does not obstruct your driving view.

5.3. Connect Power

  1. Connect the car charger to the USB port on the dash cam.
  2. Plug the other end of the car charger into your vehicle's 12V power outlet (cigarette lighter socket).
  3. The dash cam will automatically power on and begin recording when your vehicle starts.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1. Basic Operation

  • Power On/Off: The dash cam powers on automatically with vehicle ignition and powers off when the vehicle is turned off. You can also manually power on/off using the power button.
  • Recording: The device automatically starts loop recording upon power-on. A red indicator light or icon on the screen confirms recording is active.
  • Loop Recording: The dash cam records continuously, overwriting the oldest files when the Micro SD card is full.

6.2. Key Features

  • G-Sensor: The built-in G-Sensor detects sudden movements (e.g., hard braking, impact, rapid acceleration) and automatically locks the current video file to prevent it from being overwritten.
  • Motion Detection: When enabled, the dash cam will start recording automatically if motion is detected in front of the vehicle while parked. This feature requires continuous power.
  • Wide Dynamic Range (WDR): Improves video quality in varying light conditions, ensuring clearer footage in both bright and dark areas.
  • Night Vision: Enhanced LED light provides improved visibility for recordings in low-light conditions.

6.3. Menu Navigation

Use the buttons on the dash cam to navigate through the menu options. Common settings include:

  • Resolution: Select video resolution (e.g., 1080P FHD, 720P).
  • Loop Recording Duration: Set the length of each video segment (e.g., 1, 3, 5 minutes).
  • G-Sensor Sensitivity: Adjust the sensitivity of the G-Sensor.
  • Motion Detection: Enable or disable motion detection.
  • Date/Time Stamp: Enable or disable the date and time display on recordings.
  • Format SD Card: Format the Micro SD card to ensure proper function and clear old data.

7. Maintenance

  • Clean the Lens: Regularly clean the camera lens with a soft, lint-free cloth to ensure clear video quality.
  • Format SD Card: It is recommended to format the Micro SD card periodically (e.g., once a month) to prevent data corruption and maintain optimal recording performance.
  • Firmware Updates: Check the manufacturer's website for any available firmware updates to improve performance and add new features.
  • Storage: When not in use for extended periods, store the dash cam in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

8. Troubleshooting
