4. Setup
4.1 Battery Installation
- Locate the battery compartment cover on the back of the radio.
- Slide the cover downwards or in the direction indicated by the arrow to open it.
- Insert two (2) AAA batteries (not included) into the compartment, ensuring correct polarity (+ and -) as marked inside.
- Replace the battery compartment cover by sliding it back into place until it clicks securely.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Power On/Off
- To turn the radio ON, press and hold the POWER button.
- To turn the radio OFF, press and hold the POWER button again.
5.2 Band Selection (AM/FM)
- Press the FM/AM button to switch between FM and AM bands. The selected band will be displayed on the screen.
5.3 Tuning Stations
- Use the TUNING UP (▲) or TUNING DOWN (▼) buttons to manually scan for stations.
- Press and hold the TUNING UP (▲) or TUNING DOWN (▼) buttons for automatic station search. The radio will stop at the next strong signal.
5.4 Volume Control
- Adjust the volume using the dedicated VOLUME UP (+) and VOLUME DOWN (-) buttons, typically located on the side or front panel.
5.5 Storing and Recalling Presets
- To Store: Tune to your desired station. Press the MEM button, then use the M+ or M- buttons to select a preset number. Press MEM again to confirm.
