Operating Instructions
Carpet Cleaning
To begin cleaning carpets, roll the machine to your starting point. Adjust the handle to a comfortable position. Ensure the power switch on the handle is set to the 'Rug' position. Press down on the red button located on the handle and slowly pull the machine backward. The dual brushes will scrub the carpet, and the powerful suction will extract the dirty solution. Release the button at the end of each pass, then tilt the machine back slightly and roll it forward to the next starting point. Repeat this process, overlapping slightly with each pass.

Upholstery and Spot Cleaning
The included removable tool caddy and upholstery tool are ideal for spot treating stains or cleaning hard-to-reach areas such as car interiors, area rugs, stairs, pet beds, and furniture. To use, attach the upholstery tool hose to the designated port on the machine and ensure the power switch is set to the 'Tool' position. Press the trigger on the upholstery tool to dispense cleaning solution and scrub the area, then release to suction up the dirty liquid.

Maintenance
Emptying and Cleaning Tanks
After each use, or when the dirty water tank is full, lift and remove both the clean and dirty water tanks from the machine. The clear tanks allow you to easily see when they need emptying. Unscrew the lids and dispose of the dirty water. Rinse both tanks thoroughly with clean water. Allow them to air dry before reassembling them onto the machine.

General Care
Regularly inspect the brushes for any tangled hair or debris and clean as needed. Wipe down the exterior of the machine with a damp cloth. Store the carpet cleaner in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight.
Troubleshooting
- No Solution Dispensing: Ensure the clean water tank is properly filled and seated, and that the solution hose (if applicable) is securely connected. Verify the power switch is in the correct 'Rug' or 'Tool' position.
- Poor Suction/Excessive Wetness: Check that the dirty water tank is not full and is properly seated. Ensure the suction nozzle is clear of obstructions.
- Machine Not Turning On: Verify the power cord is securely plugged into a working electrical outlet. Check the power switch on the handle.
- Unusual Noises: Disconnect the power and inspect the brushes and internal components for any foreign objects that may be causing the noise.
