Setup
Initial Charging
- Connect the provided 12.6V/1A AC/DC charger to the battery pack's input port.
- Ensure the battery switch is in the "I" (ON) position for charging.
- Plug the charger into a standard wall outlet. The LED indicator on the AC/DC charger will be red during charging and turn green when fully charged.
- A full charge typically takes approximately 6 hours.
Connecting Devices
- Identify the DC output port on the battery pack (DC5521, inner positive (+), outer negative (-)).
- Connect your 12V DC electronic device to the battery pack using a compatible cable. The included DC5521 1 female to 2 male power splitter cable can be used to power multiple devices if needed.
Operating Instructions
Powering On/Off
Use the rocker switch on the battery pack to turn the power ON ("I" position) or OFF ("O" position).
Battery Level Indicator
The battery pack features a multi-LED indicator with 5 LEDs displaying the remaining battery percentage. Observe these lights to monitor power levels.

Maintenance

Troubleshooting
Battery Not Charging
- Ensure the battery pack's power switch is in the "I" (ON) position when connecting the charger.
- Verify that the charger is properly connected to both the battery pack and a working power outlet.
- Check the charger's LED indicator. If it does not light up or remains green when charging should be active, the charger or battery may have an issue.
No Power Output
- Confirm the battery pack's power switch is in the "I" (ON) position.
- Check the battery level indicators to ensure the battery has sufficient charge.
- Verify that the connected device is compatible with 12V DC input and that the cable connection is secure and correct (inner positive, outer negative).
- The battery pack features over-charge, over-discharge, and short-circuit protection. If a fault is detected, the battery may temporarily shut off. Disconnect the device, wait a few moments, and try again.
