4. Setup & Installation

4.1 Pre-Installation Checks

1. Verify TV Compatibility: Confirm your TV's weight is under 50 kg and its VESA pattern (75x75, 100x100, 200x100, 200x200 mm) matches the mount.
2. Identify Ceiling Type: Determine if your ceiling is wood, concrete, or another material to select appropriate anchors and screws.
3. Choose Mounting Location: Select a location that provides adequate clearance and is structurally sound.

4.2 Assembly Steps

1. Attach Ceiling Plate: Secure the ceiling plate to the chosen location using appropriate fasteners. Ensure it is firmly attached and level.
2. Assemble Extension Pole: Connect the extension pole sections to achieve the desired height (adjustable from 105cm to 156cm). Secure the sections with the provided pins or screws.
3. Attach TV Mounting Plate to Pole: Connect the TV mounting plate to the lower end of the extension pole. This connection allows for 360-degree rotation.
4. Mount TV to Plate: Attach the TV mounting plate to the back of your television using the VESA screws. Ensure the screws are tightened securely but do not overtighten.
5. Hang TV Assembly: Carefully lift the TV with the attached mounting plate and secure it to the extension pole assembly. Follow the specific locking mechanism instructions in the included manual to ensure the TV is safely latched.

5. Operation

The MC-580 mount allows for flexible positioning of your television.

• Height Adjustment: The pole length can be adjusted between 105 cm and 156 cm. To adjust, loosen the locking mechanism on the pole, slide to the desired height, and re-secure.
• Tilt Adjustment: The TV mounting plate can be tilted from +15° to -15°. Loosen the tilt adjustment knob or lever, set the desired angle, and tighten to secure.
• Rotation: The entire TV assembly can be rotated 360 degrees around the pole. This allows for easy adjustment of viewing direction.
