2. Initial Volume Setting: Before connecting any audio sources, ensure the Volume control on the TX15 is set to its minimum (fully counter-clockwise) position.
3. Connect Audio Source:
   • For a mixer or other line-level device, connect an XLR cable from your source's output to the TX15's XLR Line/Mic Input. Set the Line/Mic Input Switch to "Line".
   • For a microphone, connect an XLR microphone cable directly to the TX15's XLR Line/Mic Input. Set the Line/Mic Input Switch to "Mic".
4. Power Connection: Connect the included power cable to the TX15's Power Input and then to a grounded electrical outlet.
5. Power On: Flip the Power Switch to the "On" position. The power LED will illuminate.
6. Adjust Volume: Slowly increase the Volume control on the TX15 and on your audio source until the desired listening level is achieved. Monitor the Clip Limiter LED; if it illuminates frequently, reduce the input volume from your source or the TX15's volume to prevent distortion.
7. Chaining Multiple Units (Optional): To connect additional TX15 units, use an XLR cable from the first TX15's XLR Link Output to the XLR Line/Mic Input of the next TX15. Repeat for additional units.

Operating

Once set up, operating your TX15 is straightforward:

• Volume Adjustment: Use the Volume control to fine-tune the speaker's output level.
• EQ Contour: Experiment with the EQ Contour switch to find the sound profile that best suits your audio content and environment. This can provide a subtle boost to certain frequencies for a fuller sound.
• Ground Lift: If you experience a persistent hum or buzz, try engaging the Ground Lift switch. This can help break ground loops that cause unwanted noise.
• Monitoring Clip LED: The red Clip Limiter LED indicates that the signal entering the speaker is too strong, potentially causing distortion. If this LED flashes frequently or stays lit, reduce the volume from your audio source or the TX15's volume control.

Maintenance

Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your TX15 loudspeaker:

• Cleaning: Clean the exterior of the speaker with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use solvents, abrasive cleaners, or any liquids that could seep into the internal components.
• Ventilation: Ensure that all ventilation openings are clear and unobstructed. Do not place the speaker in an enclosed space that restricts airflow.
