  • Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the surfaces of both the parent and baby units. Do not use cleaning sprays or liquid cleaners.

  • Cable Management: Ensure power cables are not tangled or placed where they can be tripped over or chewed by pets.

8. Troubleshooting

If you experience issues with your Motorola MBP36S, try the following steps:

  • No Power: Ensure both units are properly connected to their power adapters and electrical outlets. Check if the parent unit's battery is charged.
  • No Link/Out of Range: Move the parent unit closer to the baby unit. Ensure there are no large obstructions (e.g., thick walls, metal objects) between the units. Extend the antenna on the parent unit.
  • Poor Picture/Sound: Check for interference from other 2.4GHz devices (e.g., Wi-Fi routers, microwaves). Try moving the units to a different location. Ensure the camera lens is clean.
  • Camera Not Responding to Pan/Tilt/Zoom: Ensure the units are linked and within range. Restart both units.
