3. Setup
3.1. Installing the Battery

The camera supports SD, SDHC, and SDXC memory cards.
- Open the memory card slot cover, usually located near the battery compartment.

4. Operating the Camera
4.1. Powering On/Off
Press the [POWER] button to turn the camera on or off. The lens will extend when powered on.
4.2. Basic Photography
- Select a Shooting Mode: Rotate the mode dial (typically on the top of the camera) to select your desired shooting mode (e.g., Auto, Program AE, Manual).
- Frame Your Shot: Use the 3-inch LCD screen to compose your image.
- Focus: Press the shutter button halfway down to autofocus. The camera will confirm focus with a beep and a green frame.
- Capture: Press the shutter button fully down to take the picture.

4.3. Using the Zoom
The camera features a 42x optical zoom. Use the zoom lever, usually located around the shutter button, to zoom in (telephoto) or zoom out (wide-angle). The Zoom Framing Assist button on the side of the lens barrel can help you quickly re-acquire a subject when zoomed in.
4.4. Recording Videos
To record a video, press the dedicated [MOVIE] button. Press it again to stop recording. The camera records in 1080p Full HD resolution.
4.5. Using the Built-in Flash
The camera has a built-in flash. To use it, manually pop up the flash unit. You can select various flash modes (Auto, On/Fill) through the camera's menu or dedicated flash button.

- LCD Screen: Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid pressing too hard.
- Camera Body: Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe away dust and dirt. Do not use organic solvents or strong cleaning agents.
5.2. Storage
When not in use, store the camera in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight and high humidity. Remove the battery if the camera will not be used for an extended period.

6.1. Camera Does Not Power On
- Ensure the battery is fully charged and correctly inserted.
- Check if the battery terminals are clean.
6.2. Images Are Blurry
- Check if the lens is clean.
- Ensure the camera is properly focused before taking a shot.
- Use a higher shutter speed or enable image stabilization in low light conditions.
6.3. Memory Card Error
