2. Safety Information

3. Setup

3.1 Unpacking

Carefully remove the air conditioner from its packaging. Inspect the unit for any damage that may have occurred during shipping. Retain packaging materials for future transport or storage.

3.2 Installation

This window air conditioner requires proper installation in a suitable window opening. Professional installation is highly recommended to ensure correct placement, sealing, and electrical connection. Incorrect installation can lead to reduced performance, water leakage, or safety hazards. Amazon will raise an installation/demo request on your behalf within 24 hours of delivery. If you do not receive a confirmation call from the brand within this time, please contact the support number provided in the Warranty & Support section.

3.3 Power Connection

Connect the power cord to a dedicated electrical outlet that meets the unit's power requirements (230 Volts). Do not use extension cords or adapter plugs, as these can pose a fire hazard.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Remote Control Overview

The air conditioner is operated using the provided remote control. Insert two AAA batteries (not included) into the remote control. Point the remote control directly at the indoor unit when operating. Note that the remote control for this model does not display the current room temperature.

4.2 Basic Modes

  • Cool Mode: Press the MODE button until the COOL indicator appears. Use the temperature adjustment buttons to set your desired temperature.
  • Fan Mode: Press the MODE button until the FAN indicator appears. The unit will circulate air without cooling. Adjust fan speed as desired.
  • Dry Mode: Press the MODE button until the DRY indicator appears. This mode helps to reduce humidity in the room.

4.3 Temperature Adjustment

Use the and buttons on the remote control to increase or decrease the desired temperature setting. The adjustable range is typically between 16°C and 30°C.

4.4 Fan Speed

Press the FAN SPEED button to cycle through available fan speeds: Low, Medium, High, and Auto. Auto fan speed adjusts automatically based on the room temperature.

4.5 Sleep Mode

Activate Sleep Mode for comfortable overnight operation. In this mode, the set temperature will gradually increase by 1°C after the first hour and another 1°C after the second hour, maintaining a comfortable sleeping environment while conserving energy.

4.6 Anti Bacterial Filter

This unit is equipped with an Anti Bacterial Filter designed to help provide cleaner air. Regular cleaning of this filter is essential for optimal performance and air quality.

5. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures efficient operation and extends the lifespan of your air conditioner. Always disconnect power before performing any maintenance.

5.1 Air Filter Cleaning

The air filter should be cleaned every two weeks, or more frequently depending on usage and air quality. To clean:

  1. Open the front panel of the unit.
  2. Carefully remove the air filter.
  3. Wash the filter with lukewarm water and a mild detergent. Rinse thoroughly.
  4. Allow the filter to air dry completely before reinstalling. Do not expose to direct sunlight.
  5. Reinstall the dry filter and close the front panel.

Wipe the exterior of the unit with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals, abrasives, or solvents, as these can damage the surface. Ensure no water enters the electrical components.

  • Run the unit in Fan mode for a few hours to dry the internal components.
  • Clean the air filter and the exterior.
  • Disconnect the power cord.
  • Cover the unit to protect it from dust and store it in a dry place.

6. Troubleshooting

Before contacting service, review the following common issues and solutions:

Problem Possible Cause Solution
AC does not turn on No power, tripped circuit breaker, loose connection. Check power cord, reset circuit breaker, ensure secure connection.
Insufficient cooling Dirty air filter, blocked air intake/outlet, room too large, doors/windows open, low refrigerant. Clean air filter, clear obstructions, ensure proper room size, close doors/windows. If refrigerant is low, contact service.
Unit is noisy Loose parts, fan obstruction, unit not level. Check for loose components, clear obstructions, ensure unit is level.
Water leakage Improper installation, clogged drain pan. Ensure proper tilt during installation. Clear drain pan. Contact service if issue persists.
