Setup Guide

1. Hardware Connection:

  1. Connect WAN: Connect your primary internet modem to the WAN1 port using an Ethernet cable. If you have a secondary internet connection, connect its modem to the WAN2 port.
  2. Connect LAN: Connect your computer or a network switch to any of the LAN1-LAN5 ports using an Ethernet cable.
  3. Power On: Connect the power adapter to the router's power input and then plug it into an electrical outlet. The router will begin its startup sequence.
  4. USB Devices (Optional): If using a 3G/4G USB modem, USB storage, or a USB printer, connect it to one of the USB ports.

Dual WAN Configuration:

The Vigor2925 supports dual WAN connections for enhanced reliability and bandwidth. You can configure these in the web interface under WAN > General Setup.

VPN (Virtual Private Network):

The router supports up to 50 VPN tunnels, including SSL VPN, for secure remote access and site-to-site connectivity. Configuration options are available under VPN and Remote Access.

VLAN (Virtual Local Area Network):
