1. Introduction

4. Setup

4.1 Rack Mounting

The iNUKE NU3000 is designed for standard 19-inch rack mounting. Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit, especially at the front and rear vents, to prevent overheating.

4.2 Connections

Before making any connections, ensure the amplifier is powered off and disconnected from the mains supply.

Inputs (Figure 2, right side):

• Connect your audio source (e.g., mixer, audio interface) to the XLR/TRS combo input jacks for Channel A and Channel B.

Outputs (Figure 2, left side):

• Connect your loudspeakers to the professional locking speaker connectors (Speakon-compatible) for Channel A and Channel B.
• Ensure correct wiring and impedance matching for your speakers. The amplifier supports 2 Ohm and 4 Ohm loads per channel, and 4 Ohm in bridge mode.

Power Connection:

5. Operating the Amplifier

5.1 Power On/Off

• Press the POWER button on the front panel (Figure 1, far right) to turn the amplifier on or off.
• Allow a few seconds for the amplifier to stabilize after powering on.

5.2 Gain Controls

• The large rotary knobs on the front panel (Figure 1, center) control the input gain for Channel A and Channel B independently.
• Adjust these to achieve the desired output level without clipping.

5.3 Indicators

• POWER LED: Illuminates when the unit is powered on.
• SIGNAL LEDs: Indicate the presence of an audio signal.
• LIMIT LEDs: Illuminate when the "Zero-Attack" limiter is active, indicating the amplifier is approaching its maximum output. Occasional flickering is normal; continuous illumination suggests the input level is too high or the amplifier is overdriven.
• PROTECT LEDs: Illuminate if the amplifier enters protection mode due to overheating, short circuits, or other faults.

5.4 Rear Panel Controls (Figure 2)

• MODE Switch: Selects between Stereo, Parallel, or Bridge operating modes.
• CROSSOVER Switch: Engages the built-in stereo crossover. Options include Full Range, Low Cut, and High Cut.
• LOW CUT/HIGH CUT Frequency: Adjusts the crossover frequency when Low Cut or High Cut modes are selected.

• PROTECT LED On: Disconnect speakers and power off the unit. Allow it to cool down. Check speaker cables for short circuits. If the issue persists, seek professional service.
