Safety Information

• Strangulation Hazard: Strings and cords can cause strangulation. NEVER place items with a string around a child's neck, such as hood strings or pacifier cords. NEVER suspend strings over a crib or attach strings to toys.
• SIDS Hazard: To reduce the risk of SIDS, pediatricians recommend healthy infants be placed on their backs to sleep, unless otherwise advised by your physician.

Mattress Height Adjustment

The crib features an adjustable mattress support base with 3 different height options. Adjust the mattress height based on your child's developmental stage:

• Highest Position: For newborns and infants who cannot push up on their hands and knees.
• Middle Position: For infants who can push up on their hands and knees but cannot pull themselves to a standing position.
• Lowest Position: For children who can pull themselves to a standing position. This position helps prevent falls.

Always ensure the mattress fits snugly without gaps larger than 1 inch (2.5 cm) between the mattress and crib sides.

Conversion Modes

1. Crib: Standard baby crib configuration.
2. Toddler Bed: Converts by removing the front rail and adding the Graco Universal Toddler Safety Guardrail Kit (01340-60x Series), sold separately.
3. Daybed: Converts by removing the front rail.
