Thank you for purchasing the Bigben Interactive TW6 Multimedia Tower Speaker. This manual provides essential information for the safe and efficient operation of your device. Please read it thoroughly before use and retain it for future reference.
The TW6 Multimedia Tower Speaker is designed to deliver a rich audio experience with versatile connectivity options. It features a 2.1 audio system, dual docking stations, Bluetooth, USB, SD card, and auxiliary inputs.
Safety Information
- Do not expose the device to rain or moisture to prevent fire or electric shock.
- Do not block any ventilation openings. Install in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
- Do not install near any heat sources such as radiators, heat registers, stoves, or other apparatus (including amplifiers) that produce heat.
- Protect the power cord from being walked on or pinched, particularly at plugs, convenience receptacles, and the point where they exit from the apparatus.
- Only use attachments/accessories specified by the manufacturer.
- Unplug this apparatus during lightning storms or when unused for long periods of time.
- Refer all servicing to qualified service personnel. Servicing is required when the apparatus has been damaged in any way, such as power-supply cord or plug is damaged, liquid has been spilled or objects have fallen into the apparatus, the apparatus has been exposed to rain or moisture, does not operate normally, or has been dropped.
Setup
1. Unpacking and Placement
Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Ensure all parts are present: the main tower unit, power adapter, remote control, and any included cables. Place the tower speaker on a stable, flat surface. Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit.

2. Connecting Power
Connect the power adapter to the DC input port on the back of the tower speaker. Plug the other end of the power adapter into a standard 220V AC wall outlet. The unit will enter standby mode, and the LCD display will illuminate.
3. Connecting Audio Sources
The TW6 offers multiple ways to connect your audio devices:
- Dual Docking Stations: The top panel features two docking stations. One is a 30-pin connector for older iPod, iPhone, and iPad models. The other is a Micro USB connector compatible with Samsung Galaxy Series and other Android devices. Carefully align your device with the appropriate dock and gently insert it.
- Bluetooth: For wireless audio streaming, activate Bluetooth on your mobile device and search for 'TW6'. Pair with the speaker.
- Auxiliary Input (3.5mm Line In): Use a 3.5mm audio cable to connect devices like MP3 players, computers, or other audio sources to the 'LINE IN' port on the top panel.
- USB Port: Insert a USB flash drive containing MP3 audio files into the USB port on the top panel.
- SD Card Reader: Insert an SD card containing MP3 audio files into the SD card slot on the top panel.

Operating Instructions
1. Power On/Off
Press the 'STANDBY/FUNCTION' button on the top panel or the power button on the remote control to turn the unit on or off (standby mode).
2. Mode Selection
Press the 'STANDBY/FUNCTION' button repeatedly to cycle through the available input modes: Bluetooth, iPod/iPhone/iPad Dock, Micro USB Dock, AUX/Line In, USB, SD, and FM Radio.
3. Volume Control
Use the 'VOL+' and 'VOL-' buttons on the top panel or the remote control to adjust the master volume.
4. Bass Adjustment
The TW6 features adjustable bass. Use the dedicated bass control on the remote control to increase or decrease the bass level to your preference.
5. Using the Remote Control
The included remote control provides full functionality for the speaker, including power, mode selection, volume, bass, track navigation (for USB/SD/Dock/Bluetooth), and FM radio tuning.
6. Time Display and LCD
The blue backlit LCD display shows the current mode, volume level, and time. Refer to the remote control instructions for setting the clock.
Maintenance
1. Cleaning
Wipe the exterior of the speaker with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use liquid cleaners or abrasive materials, as they may damage the finish. Ensure the unit is unplugged before cleaning.
2. Storage
If storing the speaker for an extended period, unplug it from the power outlet and store it in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
Troubleshooting
- No Power: Ensure the power adapter is securely connected to both the speaker and a working wall outlet. Check if the outlet has power.
- No Sound:
- Check the volume level on both the speaker and your connected audio device.
- Ensure the correct input mode is selected (e.g., Bluetooth, Dock, AUX).
- If using AUX, ensure the cable is fully inserted and functional.
- Bluetooth Connection Issues:
- Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and the speaker is in Bluetooth mode.
- Ensure your device is within the 10-meter Bluetooth range.
- Try unpairing and re-pairing the device.
- Docking Issues:
- Ensure your device is compatible with the 30-pin or Micro USB dock.
- Check that the device is properly seated in the dock connector.
- Remove any bulky cases from your device that might prevent proper connection.
- Remote Control Not Working:
- Check and replace the battery in the remote control.
- Ensure there are no obstructions between the remote and the speaker's sensor.
