Operating Instructions

1. Adjusting Height

The Betaflex Homephysio Malibu Exercise Bike features six height adjustment levels. To adjust the height:

  1. Locate the height adjustment pin on the main frame (refer to Figure 4).
  2. Pull the pin out to disengage it from the current hole.
  3. Carefully slide the upper section of the frame up or down to your desired height.
  4. Re-insert the height adjustment pin into the nearest hole, ensuring it is fully locked in place.

This adjustment allows you to comfortably use the bike from various seating positions, such as a chair, sofa, or even while lying down.

2. Adjusting Resistance

The chainless tension control allows you to customize the resistance level for your workout:

  1. Locate the tension adjustment knob (refer to Figure 3).
  2. Turn the knob clockwise to increase the resistance, making pedaling more challenging.
  3. Turn the knob counter-clockwise to decrease the resistance, making pedaling easier.

Adjust the resistance to a level that provides a comfortable yet effective workout for your fitness goals.

3. Using for Upper and Lower Body

The dual design allows for simultaneous or separate upper and lower body exercise.

  • Lower Body Workout: Sit comfortably in a chair or on a sofa. Place your feet into the pedal straps and begin pedaling.
  • Upper Body Workout: While seated, grasp the handlebar grips and rotate them in a circular motion.
  • Combined Workout: Engage both your arms and legs simultaneously for a total-body exercise.
