Setup

1. Package Contents

2. Charging the Tablet

Before initial use, fully charge your tablet. Connect the USB cable to the tablet's micro-USB port and the power adapter, then plug the adapter into a power outlet. The battery indicator will show charging status.

3. Powering On/Off

  • To Power On: Press and hold the Power button located on the side of the tablet until the ASUS logo appears.
  • To Power Off: Press and hold the Power button until the power options menu appears, then select "Power off".
  • To Restart: Press and hold the Power button until the power options menu appears, then select "Restart".

4. Initial Setup

5. Inserting a microSD Card

The tablet supports microSD cards for expandable storage. Locate the microSD card slot on the side of the tablet. Gently insert the card with the gold contacts facing down until it clicks into place. To remove, push the card in slightly until it springs out.
