Operating Instructions
Follow these steps to prepare your frozen desserts:
- Prepare Your Mixture: Prepare your desired ice cream, frozen yogurt, or sorbet mixture according to your recipe. Ensure the mixture is chilled in the refrigerator before adding it to the machine.
- Start the Machine: Plug in the appliance. The mixing paddle will begin to rotate.
- Add Mixture: Slowly pour the chilled mixture through the wide ingredient feeder opening in the lid while the machine is running. Do not overfill; the mixture will expand as it freezes. The maximum capacity is 1.5 quarts.
