  • Tubing: Check the polyurethane tubing for kinks, cracks, or blockages. Replace if necessary.
  • Air Filter: Ensure the air intake is clear of dust and debris to maintain proper airflow for ozone generation.

7. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your Aqua-6 Ozone Generator, please refer to the following common problems and solutions:

  • Unit does not power on:
    • Check if the power cord is securely plugged into both the unit and the electrical outlet.
    • Verify that the electrical outlet is functional.
    • Check the spare fuse included with the unit. If the fuse is blown, replace it.
  • No ozone output or weak ozone smell:
    • Ensure the tubing is not kinked or blocked.
    • Check if the diffuser stone is submerged and not clogged.
    • Verify that the unit is set to an active function and not paused.
    • Ensure adequate ventilation; excessive airflow can dilute ozone perception.
  • Unusual noise:
    • Ensure the unit is placed on a stable, flat surface.
    • Check for any obstructions around the air intake or outlet.

If the problem persists after attempting these solutions, please contact A2Z Ozone customer support.
