2. Important Safety Instructions

4. Setup and First Use
- Unpack all components and remove any packaging materials.
- Wash the inner pot, steaming basket, glass lid, measuring cup, and serving spatula in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
- Wipe the exterior of the main unit with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the main unit in water.
- Place the appliance on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from walls and cabinets to ensure proper ventilation.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1. Cooking Rice
- Using the provided measuring cup, measure the desired amount of rice. Rinse rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
- Place the rinsed rice into the non-stick inner pot.
- Add the appropriate amount of water. A general guideline is 1.5 cups of water for every 1 cup of white rice. Adjust water quantity based on rice type and desired consistency.
- Place the inner pot into the main unit.
- Cover with the glass lid.
- Plug the power cord into a 115V AC electrical outlet.
- Press the "COOK" switch down. The "COOK" indicator light will illuminate.

- Once steaming is complete, carefully lift the lid away from you to avoid steam burns.
