Operating Instructions

Pour Water: Slowly pour cold water over the Rainmaker lid, ensuring even distribution over the coffee grounds. Do not stir the grounds and water.

Steep: Place the brewing container with the Rainmaker lid on top of the stand. Allow the coffee to steep for 12-24 hours at room temperature, or 20-24 hours in the refrigerator for a slower brew.

Release Concentrate: Once steeping is complete, press the brew-release switch down. The coffee concentrate will begin to filter into the glass carafe below. The Coffee Maker automatically stops filtering when the carafe is removed.

Store Concentrate: Once filtered, remove the carafe and seal it with the stopper to keep the concentrate fresh. The carafe can be stored in the refrigerator.
