Setup

1. Assemble the Brewing Container: Place the ultra-fine mesh filter inside the brewing container.
2. Position the Stand: Ensure the stand is on a stable, flat surface.
3. Place Carafe: Position the borosilicate glass carafe directly beneath the brewing container's brew-release switch.

Operating Instructions

1. Add Coffee Grounds: Fill the mesh filter with coarse-ground coffee up to the indicated coffee line on the brewing container.

2. Pour Water: Slowly pour cold water over the Rainmaker lid, ensuring even distribution over the coffee grounds. Do not stir the grounds and water.

3. Steep: Place the brewing container with the Rainmaker lid on top of the stand. Allow the coffee to steep for 12-24 hours at room temperature, or 20-24 hours in the refrigerator for a slower brew.

4. Release Concentrate: Once steeping is complete, press the brew-release switch down. The coffee concentrate will begin to filter into the glass carafe below. The Coffee Maker automatically stops filtering when the carafe is removed.

5. Store Concentrate: Once filtered, remove the carafe and seal it with the stopper to keep the concentrate fresh. The carafe can be stored in the refrigerator.

6. Serve: Dilute the coffee concentrate with hot or cold water, ice, and/or milk to your preference. The stopper can be used to portion the concentrate.
