7. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your machine, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Machine not brewing / Error messages | Water tank not recognized, coffee grounds collector full, machine alignment issue. | Ensure water tank is correctly seated. Empty and clean the coffee grounds collector. If alignment issues persist, power cycle the machine. |
| Leaking from machine | Internal component loose or damaged, seals worn. | Check that the drip tray is correctly installed. If leaking continues, contact customer support. |
| Coffee tastes weak or not hot | Incorrect grind size, insufficient coffee dosage, descaling needed, temperature settings. | Adjust grind to a finer setting. Check coffee intensity settings. Perform a descaling cycle. Verify temperature settings in the menu. |
| Grinder blocked or making unusual noises | Foreign object in grinder, oily beans causing buildup. | Empty bean hopper and inspect for foreign objects. Clean the grinder area. Avoid using excessively oily beans. |
| Milk frother not producing foam | Milk frother components are clogged with dried milk. | Disassemble and thoroughly clean all parts of the milk frother immediately after each use. Ensure the milk tube is clear. |
| Touchscreen unresponsive or failing | Temporary software glitch, hardware issue. | Unplug the machine for a few minutes, then plug it back in. If the issue persists, contact customer support. |
