Setup
1. Unpacking and Battery Installation
Carefully remove the scale from its packaging. Locate the battery compartment on the underside of the scale.

2. Initial Placement
Place the scale on a hard, flat, and stable surface. Avoid carpets or uneven floors, as this may affect accuracy.
Operating Instructions
1. Taking a Weight Measurement
- Gently tap the center of the scale with your foot to activate it. The display will show "0.0 kg".
- Step onto the scale barefoot, ensuring your feet are positioned on the conductive pads. Stand still until your weight reading stabilizes.
- The scale will automatically turn off after a few seconds of inactivity.
2. Setting Up User Profiles (for Body Composition Analysis)
The scale can store data for up to 8 users. To get accurate body composition readings (fat, water, muscle, bone), you need to set up a user profile.
- With the scale off, press the "SET" button. The display will show "P01" (User 1).
- Use the arrow buttons (◀ / ▶) to select a user number (P01-P08). Press "SET" to confirm.
- Set your gender (Male/Female) using the arrow buttons. Press "SET".
- Set your height (cm) using the arrow buttons. Press "SET".
- Set your age (years) using the arrow buttons. Press "SET".
- The scale is now ready for your first body composition measurement.
3. Taking Body Composition Measurements
- Step onto the scale barefoot. The scale will automatically identify you based on your previous weight and profile data.
- Stand still. The display will first show your weight, then cycle through body fat percentage, body water percentage, muscle mass percentage, and bone mass.
- Wait for all readings to be displayed before stepping off.
