Installation

Compatibility Check

General Installation Steps

1. Turn off water supply: Locate and turn off the toilet's water supply valve. Flush the toilet to empty the tank.
2. Remove toilet seat: Lift the hinge tabs and unscrew the toilet seat bolts.
3. Position bidet: Place the NEO 320 bidet on the toilet bowl, aligning the bidet and adjustment plates with the holes.
4. Reattach toilet seat: Reattach the toilet seat with its original hardware, ensuring it is secure.

Cold Water Connection

1. Disconnect supply hose: Remove the water supply hose connected to the toilet tank's fill valve.
2. Connect Cold Water T-Adapter: Connect the Cold Water T-Adapter (7/8" end with the nut) to the fill valve.
3. Connect Cold Water Bidet Hose: Connect the Cold Water Bidet Hose (1/2" end) to the Cold Water T-Adapter.
4. Connect to bidet inlet: Connect the other end of the Cold Water Bidet Hose (1/4" end) to the Cold Water Bidet Inlet on the bidet.
5. Reattach water supply hose: Reattach the original water supply hose to the Cold Water T-Adapter (7/8" bottom end).

Hot Water Connection (Optional)

If you do not wish to install hot water, you can cover the hot water inlet on the bidet with the provided hot water cap.

1. Turn off hot water supply: Turn off the hot water supply valve under your sink.
2. Disconnect hot water hose: Remove the hot water hose from the sink's hot water supply valve.
3. Connect Hot Water T-Adapter: Connect the Hot Water T-Adapter (3/8" female threaded end with nut) to the sink's hot water supply valve.
4. Connect Hot Water Hose: Uncrew the Hot Water T-Adapter's side hex nut. Thread the Hot Water Hose (the side without the nut) through the hex nut. Connect this end of the Hot Water Hose (including the threaded hex nut) to the side of the Hot Water T-Adapter. Use the hex nut to tighten the connection.
5. Connect to bidet inlet: Connect the other end of the Hot Water Hose to the Hot Water Bidet Inlet on the bidet.
6. Reattach hot water supply line: Reattach your hot water supply line to the hot water T-Adapter.
