Safety Information

Setup
Battery Installation
The lock requires two AAA batteries for the alarm function. If not pre-installed, or for replacement:
- Locate the battery compartment cover, usually on the underside or side of the lock unit.
- Use a small screwdriver or coin to open the cover.
- Insert two AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
- Close the battery compartment cover securely.
- Note: Some users report the battery box can be stiff to remove. Gently press the clips on either side inwards while pulling the box out. If stuck, a small flat-head screwdriver can be used to carefully pry it from the bottom while pressing the clips.
Initial Function Check
After battery installation, test the alarm:
- Insert the key and unlock the device.
- Without attaching it to the disc, close the lock. The lock should emit a short beep, indicating the alarm is armed.
- Gently move or tilt the lock. It should emit a warning beep, followed by the full alarm if movement continues.
Disc Compatibility Check
Before first use, verify that the lock fits your motorcycle's brake disc:
- The brake disc hole must have a diameter of at least 13mm.
- The distance from the center of the disc hole to the outer edge of the disc should not exceed 48mm.
- Ensure there is sufficient clearance around the disc for the lock body.
Operating Instructions
Engaging the Lock
- Position the lock on your motorcycle's brake disc, ensuring the 13mm locking bolt passes through one of the disc's ventilation holes.
- Press the locking mechanism firmly until it clicks into place. The lock will automatically detect the disc and arm the alarm. You will hear a short confirmation beep.
- The 3D tilt sensor is now active. Any significant movement or tilt of the motorcycle will trigger a pre-alarm warning, followed by the full 100dB alarm if the disturbance continues.

Disengaging the Lock
- Insert the key into the lock cylinder.
- Turn the key to unlock the device. The alarm will typically emit a warning beep as it detects movement during unlocking.
- Promptly remove the lock from the brake disc to prevent the full alarm from sounding.
- Store the lock in its carrying pouch when not in use.
Maintenance
Battery Replacement
When the alarm sound becomes weak or inconsistent, it's time to replace the batteries. Refer to the "Battery Installation" section under Setup for detailed steps. Use two fresh AAA batteries.
Cleaning
Clean the lock body with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents that could damage the finish or internal components.
Lubrication
Periodically lubricate the lock cylinder with a non-greasy lock spray (e.g., graphite-based lubricant). Do not use oil or grease, as these can attract dirt and clog the mechanism.
