4. Setup
4.1 Mounting the Sign
- Select a suitable indoor location for the sign, ensuring it is visible and protected from direct weather exposure.
- Using the provided wall mount hardware, securely attach the sign to a wall or hang it from a ceiling using appropriate chains (not included). Ensure the mounting surface can support the sign's weight.
4.2 Power Connection
- Locate the power input ports on the sign. There are two 12V DC 2.5A power inputs.
- Connect the power adapter to one of the power input ports on the sign.
- Plug the power adapter into a standard 120VAC 60Hz electrical outlet.
- Ensure the ON/OFF switch on the side of the sign is in the 'ON' position.

5. Operation
5.1 Programming Business Hours
Use the provided remote control to set your business hours. The sign features a battery backup to retain programmed hours during power outages.
- Press the PROGRAM button on the remote control. The time display for the first day (e.g., Monday) will begin to blink.
- Use the + and - buttons to adjust the hour and minute values up or down in 30-minute increments.
- Press the arrow button (right arrow) to move to the next time slot (e.g., from opening time to closing time, or to the next day).
- Repeat step 2 for each time slot you wish to set.
- To set a day as CLOSED, press the arrow button until the time display for that specific day is blinking. Then, press the CLOSED button on the remote. The display for that day will show 'CLOSED'.
- Once all hours are set, press the PROGRAM button again to save and exit programming mode.
5.2 Setting 'OPEN' Display Mode
The 'OPEN' portion of the sign can be set to flash or remain static.
- Locate the FLASH/STATIC switch on the side of the sign.
- Slide the switch to 'FLASH' for a dynamic, attention-grabbing effect.
- Slide the switch to 'STATIC' for a constant, steady illumination.
5.3 Adjusting Flash Speed (if in Flash mode)
If the 'OPEN' display is set to flash, you can adjust its speed.
- Locate the SLOWER/FASTER switch on the side of the sign.
- Slide the switch towards 'SLOWER' to decrease the flash rate.
- Slide the switch towards 'FASTER' to increase the flash rate.
5.4 Turning the Sign On/Off

- Locate the ON/OFF switch on the side of the sign.
- Slide the switch to 'ON' to power the sign.
- Slide the switch to 'OFF' to turn off the sign. Note that the programmed business hours will remain lit even when the 'OPEN' portion is off, due to the battery backup.
6. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Gently wipe the sign's surface with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents, as they may damage the LED display or plastic housing.
- Power Cord: Regularly inspect the power cord for any signs of damage. If damaged, discontinue use and replace with an approved power adapter.

- Sign does not light up:
- Ensure the power adapter is securely plugged into both the sign and a working electrical outlet.

- 'OPEN' display is not flashing/static:
