Unboxing and Components
Upon unboxing, ensure all components are present:

Initial Cleaning
Before first use, wash the inner cooking pan, detachable inner lid, rice measuring cup, and rice spatula with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. The main unit's exterior can be wiped with a damp cloth.
Power Connection
Connect the detachable power cord to the receptacle on the main unit and then plug it into a 120V electrical outlet.
Operating Instructions
Measuring Rice and Water
Always use the included rice measuring cup (approx. 6 oz. / 180mL) for accurate measurements. The inner cooking pan has water level lines corresponding to the number of cups of raw rice. Fill the inner cooking pan with water up to the appropriate line for the type and quantity of rice being cooked.

Menu Settings
The rice cooker offers various menu settings for different types of rice and cooking preferences:
- White/Mixed: For regular white rice or mixed rice dishes.
- Sushi: Specifically designed for sushi rice texture.
- Porridge: For preparing creamy rice porridge.
- Brown: For cooking brown rice.
- GABA Brown: Activates brown rice for increased nutritional values.
- Rinse-Free: For rice that does not require rinsing.
- Quick Cooking: For faster cooking when time is limited.
Cooking Process
- Place the inner cooking pan with the measured rice and water into the main unit.
- Close the outer lid securely.
- Press the MENU button to select the desired cooking setting. The selected setting will be indicated on the orange LCD control panel.
- Press the COOKING button to start the cooking cycle. A melody will play, and the cooking indicator light will illuminate.
Keep Warm Function
After the cooking cycle is complete, the unit automatically switches to the Keep Warm function. The Keep Warm indicator light will illuminate, and a melody will play. Rice can be kept warm for an extended period, ensuring it remains fresh and ready to serve.
Delay Timer
The convenient Delay Timer allows you to set a specific time for your rice to be ready. This feature is useful for preparing rice in advance, ensuring freshly cooked rice at your programmed time.
Maintenance
Cleaning the Inner Lid
The stainless steel inner lid is detachable for thorough cleaning. To detach, push up the hook located on the lid. Wash with warm, soapy water, rinse, and dry completely before reattaching.

Cleaning the Inner Cooking Pan
The thick, spherical inner cooking pan has a non-stick coating. To maintain its quality, always wash the inner cooking pan by hand with a soft sponge and mild dish soap. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scrubbers that could damage the non-stick surface.
Cleaning the Exterior
The clear-coated stainless steel exterior can be wiped clean with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
Troubleshooting
