3. Setup
3.1 Physical Connections
- Place the printer on a stable, level surface.
- Connect the power cord to the printer and then to a wall outlet.
- For a wired connection, connect a USB 2.0 cable from your computer to the printer's USB port. An Ethernet port is also available for network connection.

3.2 Wireless Setup
The Samsung SL-C1810W supports Wi-Fi Direct and NFC for easy wireless printing.
- Wi-Fi Direct Setup: Press the WPS button on the printer and follow the instructions on the 2-line LCD display to connect to your wireless network.
- NFC (Near Field Communication) Setup: For NFC-enabled mobile devices, simply tap your device on the NFC tag located on the printer to establish a connection and print.

4. Operation
4.1 Basic Printing
Load paper into the 250-sheet input tray. For special media, use the 1-sheet multi-purpose tray. Send print jobs from your computer or mobile device. The printer can achieve speeds of up to 19 pages per minute.

4.2 Mobile Printing
Download the Samsung Mobile Print app to your smartphone or tablet. Connect your device to the printer via Wi-Fi or NFC to print documents and photos directly.
4.3 Eco Button Function
Press the "Eco" button on the control panel to activate toner, paper, and energy-saving modes. This can help reduce operational costs and environmental impact.
5. Maintenance
5.1 Toner Cartridge Replacement
When a toner cartridge runs low, a message will appear on the printer's display. To replace a cartridge:
- Open the front cover of the printer.
- Pull out the toner tray.
- Remove the empty cartridge by pulling it upwards.
- Unpack a new compatible toner cartridge (CLT-K504S, CLT-C504S, CLT-M504S, CLT-Y504S) and gently shake it to distribute the toner.
- Insert the new cartridge into its corresponding slot until it clicks into place.
- Slide the toner tray back in and close the front cover.

5.2 Paper Handling
Use high-quality paper to minimize paper jams. Ensure the paper is loaded correctly and not overfilled in the input tray. If a paper jam occurs, allow the printer to cool down before attempting to clear it to prevent tearing the paper.
