Safety Instructions

Setup
- Assemble Tripod Stand: Extend the legs of the tripod stand to a stable position. Adjust the height to your desired level and secure with the locking mechanism.
- Attach Light Bar: Mount the ACTION-STAND-PRO light bar onto the top pole of the tripod stand. Ensure it is securely fastened using the integrated mounting bracket and knob.
- Connect LED Pods: The four LED pods are pre-attached to the light bar. Ensure all connections are firm.
- Connect Foot Controller: Plug one end of the provided DMX cable into the "CONTROL OUT" port on the light bar and the other end into the foot controller.
- Power Connection: Connect the power cable to the "POWER AC IN" port on the light bar and then plug it into a suitable grounded electrical outlet.

Operating Modes
The ACTION-STAND-PRO offers three primary operating modes: DMX, Master/Slave, and Sound Activated. Use the display and buttons on the light bar or the foot controller to select and configure modes.

1. DMX Mode
This mode allows professional control of the lighting system using a DMX512 controller.
- Connect a DMX controller to the "DMX IN" port on the light bar.
- Set the DMX address for the unit using the onboard display and buttons. Refer to the DMX channel chart (typically found in a separate DMX manual or appendix) for specific channel functions.
- The system supports 4 or 13 DMX channels, allowing for various levels of control over color, dimming, strobe, and other effects.
2. Master/Slave Mode
Link multiple ACTION-STAND-PRO units together to synchronize their operation without a DMX controller.
- Designate one unit as the "Master" and others as "Slave" units.
- Connect the "DMX OUT" of the Master unit to the "DMX IN" of the first Slave unit. Continue linking "DMX OUT" to "DMX IN" for subsequent Slave units.
- Set the Master unit to the desired operating mode (e.g., Sound Activated, Auto Program). The Slave units will then mirror the Master's behavior.
3. Sound Activated Mode
In this mode, the lighting system reacts to ambient sound, creating dynamic light shows synchronized with music or other audio.
- Select the Sound Activated mode using the onboard display or foot controller.
- The built-in microphone on the light bar detects sound, and the lights will change patterns and colors in response.
- Adjust the microphone sensitivity if available, to fine-tune the response to sound levels.
Foot Controller Operation
The included foot controller provides convenient hands-free control over the lighting system's basic functions.

- SUSPEND: Pauses or freezes the current lighting program or effect. Press again to resume.
- MENU: Cycles through different operating modes or pre-programmed shows.
- UP: Navigates through options or increases values within a selected mode.
- FULL: Activates a full-on light display or a specific pre-set effect.
Maintenance
- Cleaning: Regularly clean the exterior of the unit with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents. Ensure the unit is unplugged before cleaning.
- Storage: When not in use, store the lighting system in its travel bag in a cool, dry place to protect it from dust and damage.
- Inspection: Periodically check power cables and DMX cables for any signs of wear or damage. Replace damaged cables immediately.
