5. Installation Instructions
- Preparation: Park your vehicle on a level surface and engage the parking brake. Disconnect the negative terminal of the vehicle's battery.
- Remove Existing Headlights: Carefully remove the retaining ring and any clips or screws holding the existing 7-inch headlights in place. Disconnect the electrical connector from the old headlight.
- Install H4 LED Bulb: Insert the H4 LED bulb into the new Delta headlight assembly. Ensure it is seated correctly and secured with the provided clips or retaining mechanism. Place the rubber boot over the back of the bulb and housing to seal it.
- Connect Wiring: Connect the H4 LED bulb's connector to your vehicle's headlight harness.
- If your vehicle uses a 2-wire harness and the Delta headlight has a 3-prong Hi Beam connection, you may need adapter #05-2000-16 (sold separately).
- Ensure all connections are tight and secure.
- Mount New Headlight: Carefully place the new Delta headlight assembly into the headlight bucket. Secure it using the original retaining ring and screws/clips. Ensure the headlight is firmly seated and does not wobble.
- Repeat for Second Headlight: Follow steps 2-5 for the other headlight.

- Test and Adjust: Turn on your vehicle's headlights and test both low and high beams. Adjust the headlight aim according to local regulations and for optimal visibility without blinding oncoming traffic.
Important: Some vehicle retaining rings may not fit over these 7-inch lamps without modification. Verify fitment before final assembly.
6. Operation
